The main objective of ROBOGEST S.r.l. is to achieve and maintain the highest level of satisfaction of the Customer’s needs by controlling and managing its business processes, through a Quality Management System aimed at continuously improving its competitiveness on the market, particularly with regard to the following aspects:

• Constant commitment to meeting customer requirements
• Customer satisfaction analysis
• Staff training and involvement
• Protection of staff health and safety

The company is therefore committed to scrupulously complying with all applicable laws and regulations and any other requirements it has subscribed to, improving its quality performance, raising the quality of working environments, and ensuring the safety and health of employees and customers.

To this end, through its Quality Management System ROBOGEST S.r.l. undertakes to ensure:

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Constant commitment to the continuous improvement of the system, processes and products
• Constant commitment to achieving full Customer satisfaction
• Promotion of awareness and involvement of its workers on quality matters

A “Quality Improvement Plan” identifies the improvement activities for the System, which require the cooperation of all workers to achieve the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The objectives that ROBOGEST S.r.l. sets itself are consistent with this Policy, measurable, relevant to the company, monitored over time and communicated.

Finally, the company intends to establish a constructive dialogue with Employees, Suppliers and Customers, with regular communication of the activities carried out and the results achieved in terms of quality.
